Established in 1982
Established on December 2, 1982, Arak Profile was founded to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities in aluminum profiles. The company began operations with a focus on aluminum casting, alloy development, and extrusion, laying the foundation for what would become a key pillar of Apadana Diyan Industrial Group.
As part of the Group’s strategic expansion, Tofal and Aluminum Tabesh joined the organization in the mid-2000s, significantly enhancing its production capacity, technical expertise, and service capabilities across the aluminum value chain.
Integrated Aluminum Manufacturing
Today, these companies form the core of the Group’s upstream aluminum manufacturing operations, specializing in the production and supply of cast and extruded wrought aluminum products.
Their integrated manufacturing infrastructure includes an advanced alloy billet casting line with a daily capacity of 60 tonnes, five dedicated 4–10 inch extrusion lines with a combined daily capacity of 40 tonnes, as well as comprehensive heat treatment, cold-working, machining, and in-house die manufacturing facilities.
This end-to-end capability enables the production of a broad portfolio of engineered aluminum profiles for diverse industrial applications.
